Policy Statement

It will be the policy of Austin Peay State University so it will not tolerate discrimination or harassment on such basis as competition, color, religion, cultural or nationwide beginning, impairment, age (as relevant), status as being a protected veteran, hereditary information, and/or any kind of lawfully protected course. Such discrimination and harassment are strictly forbidden by Austin Peay State University (APSU or University).

Discrimination

Discrimination might occur by:

Any previous worker or pupil whom thinks she has been subjected to discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, ethnic or national origin, disability, age as applicable, status as a protected veteran, genetic information, and any other category protected by federal or state civil rights law related to Austin Peay State University (APSU) if the conduct took place during the time of employment or enrollment at APSU that he or;
  3. Any worker or pupil that has understanding of discrimination or harassment on such basis as competition, color, faith, creed, cultural or nationwide origin, impairment, age as relevant, status as a protected veteran, hereditary information, and just about every other category protected by federal or state civil liberties legislation linked to Austin Peay State University (APSU) against another worker or pupil to be able to report such offenses; and,
  4.
